At londonfixie we will always deal with our customers and fellow cyclists promptly and courteously. All orders are packed very carefully and dispatched the very same day wherever possible. If an item should fail to meet your expectations, please return it unused in the original packaging within 10 days and we will refund without question (shipping costs not included). Please email before sending and return items by registered post - we cannot be responsible for lost packages! Please email with any questions.
Shopping on this website is conducted through Paypal's secure system. You do not need a Paypal account to use this system, simply a credit or debit card.
If you prefer, many products listed below are also available in our eBay shop. However, due to ever rising eBay fees we are able to offer most items at slightly lower cost (list price or shipping) here at the londonfixie website.

Shipping & International
All prices are in UK £s. (£1 = $2 or €1.20 approx). Shipping costs shown are for Royal Mail first class post within the UK together with US (also applies to Aus, Can, Japan etc) and European airmail shipping costs. Purchases of two or more items will, wherever possible, receive a combined shipping refund. Please note: We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible and therfore insurance, recorded delivery and tracking is normally optional and not included. Please advise if this is required. Higher value international parcels must be sent recorded delivery at a possible small additional cost to the shipping charges quoted but this is included in the shipping cost of hub orders. This does not include insurance which is also optional at a nominal additional cost.
Paypal's shopping cart does not allow international shipping calculations. When purchasing an item the correct shipping for the UK will automatically be added. If buying from outside the UK please add the appropiate shipping units as indicated from the bottom of this page to arrive at the correct amount. 6 Bolt Disc Mount ISO-Cog
Mounts onto any standard 6 bolt disc-hub to convert your bike into a fixed wheel.
As with all our cogs, axles and various spacer kits these are custom manufactured in England exclusively for londonfixie by the UK's leading international aftermarket motorcycle gear and sprocket engineering company with over 70 world champions riding its products.
Blanks are machined from solid EN36 chro-moly steel stock. Teeth are precision milled and the cog drilled to very tight tolerances before undergoing heat treatment. Finally each cog is bright silver passivated and laser engraved. Very strong, very round and a perfect fit. Not to be confused with cheap laser cut or stamped cogs. Reversible without affecting chainline for even longer life.
We are confident these are the very best and hardest wearing disc mount cogs available and are now guaranteeing them for life to the original owner. If you wear one out send it back and we will replace it with one of the same size absolutely free of charge. We only ask that you have run it in both directions and keep a note of your proof of purchase.

Note: our 3/32" cogs are for use with traditional 7 or 8 speed chains not narrow 9 or 10 speed chains.

Ready Converted Shimano M756 Hub
The ideal hub to allow use of a bolt-on ISO-Cog on your road or track bike.
Complete M756 hub ready to use on any 110/120mm rear spaced track/road frame (126mm spacing requires additional spacers or M10 washers - see below). Save on buying separate components and shipping costs. Pre-assembled ready to go. Simply add drilled ISO-Cog of your choice.
Includes M756 hub assembled with our custom solid axle, spacers and track nuts. Also includes full set of 6 high spec M5 grade 12.9 hex bolts in 12mm length. Bearings are re-lubed with Finishline Teflon grease and precisely set. Normally assembled to give 41mm chainline on 120mm spacing. Please confirm spacing and chainline required when placing order. Ready Converted Shimano M756 Hub. Custom Polished
As above in all respects but highly polished. Shimano logs become almost invisible. Hub is disassembled, anodizing is chemically removed and hub polished in three stages. Final hand finishing with wax based polish for a long lasting shine.
Polished to order so a few days' delay on this item. Note: depending on enviroment hub may require periodical use of polishing cream/wax to maintain finish. Please see FAQ for set-up advice.

M10 Solid Threaded EN19 Axle
To enable a Shimano M756 front disc hub (or similar) to be used on the rear of a track or road bike. Track nuts and spacers also required. Also ideal as a replacement for a standard 10mm threaded rear road or mountain bike axle or to change from a QR to solid bolted axle.
Custom machined in the UK from EN19 high strength chro-moly steel. Bright silver passivated. Length specified slightly longer than normal to allow for track nuts with integrated washers. Choose 170mm for road/track and 180mm for MTB. Both M10 x 1mm threading. Please see FAQ for set-up advice.

Suitable for fitting to M10 solid axle to precisely adjust hub spacing as alternative to above kit or for spacing in 1mm increments. Pack of 6 M10 washers x 1mm thick. For example to fit a 120mm spaced hub into a 126mm spaced frame add three washers per side (between locknuts - see pics).

CNC 6 Bolt Cog Spacer
The perfect way to precisely space a cog away from the hub mount and dial in rear chainline. For example to increase your rear chainline from 41mm to 42mm simply add a 1mm spacer between hub and cog. These spacers are also ideal for disc brake applications.
CNC machined in the UK with ISO 6 bolt drilling. Available in 1mm or 2mm width. Use alone or in combination. Please see FAQ for set-up advice.

M5 Stainless Steel Washers
An alternative to the CNC spacers as above. Pack of 18 M5 washers x 1mm thick. Allows for up to 3mm spacing adjustment between cog and hub. Adding one washer per bolt takes you from 41mm chainline to 42mm chainline and so on.

For securing cog to standard 6 bolt disc hub. Pack of 6. Choice of lengths available to allow for different applications. These bolts are also ideal for disc brake use.
Highest grade 12.9 high-tensile steel for ultimate strength. M5 hex (allen key) head with 10mm, 12mm or extra long 15mm threaded section. Take care not to choose bolts too long for your hub. Please see FAQ for advice on fitting and size options.

CNC Singlespeed Cassette Hub Spacer Kit
Allows road or mountain bike cassette hubs to be used with a single cog. Pack of seven includes 1 of 7.5mm, 1 of 6.5mm, 1 of 5.5mm, 2 of 4.5mm and 2 of 2.5mm. Compared to the two wide spacers supplied in basic SS kits, this combination of seven spacers in five different narrow widths allows very precise fine tuning of rear chainline. Works with any SS cog from the thinest taken from a cassette to the fattest Surly. Use with single, dual, triple cog set-ups etc - this is a very adaptable kit.

CNC Bottom Bracket and Screw-on Cog Spacer Kit
Use with Shimano, Hope, Raceface, Campagnolo etc 'Hollowtech', splined or square taper bottom brackets, MTB or road (English - NOT Italian). Also usable with traditional screw on fixed or freewheel hubs to space cog away from hub for perfecting chainline or to 'top up' a normal singlespeed spacer kit.
